Upon arrival, a two-story open concept welcomes with ample windows. The kitchen, dining, and living areas open to the lakeside, inviting in the lake breeze. The kitchen features modern amenities, double ovens, and granite countertops. A dining area seats up to 12, while the living space offers relaxation and a 52-inch flat screen TV above a gas fireplace. Decks overlook West Bay for sunrise coffees or evening toasts.
A corridor leads to a full bathroom and laundry room. A master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom, king bed, and doors to a private deck. Two more bedrooms share a bathroom. Upstairs, a capacious master bedroom features a king bed, private bathroom, and private deck access. The upper level holds twin living spaces and a wet bar, with extra sleeping or play area. A basement level offers a TV sitting area, full kitchen, and bathroom with sauna (currently unavailable due to Covid-19 protocols).
The newly unveiled wine cellar is perfect for intimate dinners. Launch kayaks or paddleboards from the dock or watch boats pass by. Please note, unsupervised or overnight boat anchoring is prohibited. The dock’s availability varies due to weather.
